Hours: The park is open every day from 9 am to 5pm. Staff and volunteers offer tours of the Rawlings house. Admission to the park is $2.00 per vehicle, payable at the parking area. |

The Marjorie Kinnan Rawlings Historic State Park is located on CR 325 in Cross Creek, about 20 miles south of Gainesville, Florida. From Gainesville, take US 441 south to CR 346 east, then turn south on CR325 and follow signs to Cross Creek. Or take I-75 south to the Micanopy exit and follow signs to CR346 and CR325. From Hawthorne, take US301 south to CR325 west to the site.
Offered from October through July, on Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday at 10 am, 11 am, 1pm, 2pm, 3pm, and 4 pm, except on Christmas and Thanksgiving.
Tour fees: $3.00 for adults, $2.00 for children 6 thru 12, free for children under 6.
Tours are suspended during August and September so staff can perform necessary preservation projects.
